Standard Subscription
This monthly subscription is for clients who is are currently any one of our 3 Fat Loss programs or have a meal plan from our previous system.
Subscription includes:
- One Introductory phone call with your Nutrition Coach
- New weight target every Monday
- Macros will be adjusted as needed
- Weekly Recommendations on Improving Results
- Four days/week Check in's. Monday through Thursday 6am-7pm
- Check in's must be done first thing in the morning immediately after waking up before any activity.
- You will weigh yourself naked on a flat leveled surface and send in the following stats to your nutrition coach:

- Weight
- Hours of Sleep
- Bowel Movement: YES OR NO
- Cardio Minutes Preformed:
- Weight Training Minutes Performed:
- How Many Meals and Waters (16oz) were consumed:
- Were all Meals and Waters on time?: YES OR NO
